Middle managers hold the key to unlocking human potential at work and, specifically, to revitalizing, reenergizing and reimagining their teams. For every dollar organizations spend on technology (think, AI…), they need to invest an additional $9 in talent development (identifying people with the right skills; developing the right skills; enabling proper change-management processes; and creating the conditions for people to live up to their potential). How do you ensure that type of investment will yield the desired results?
